Cherish Life’s Little Moments was also known as A Newborn Forever Nursery. I changed the name in October of 2009
I am a stay at home mom to three great kids; five dogs (3 german shepherds 2 Australian Shepherd puppies) 4 birds, fish and a turtle named Sally. We have a horse (he is boarded) name Gustav. He is a Norwegian Fjord and my baby (ok, he is 25 years old!)
I found out about reborn dolls about 5 years ago and just thought they were the coolest thing since sliced bread. About 2 1/2 years ago I finally bought myself one. I was just amazed at how real she was. My then six year old daughter wanted one so I thought, I could do this. I read up on what I could find about the making of one and on my way I went.
I found it to be very rewarding work. I just love putting them together and holding them.
Anyhow, that is how my nursery started.
